Student Lunch (Thursday April 6th 12:20 - 13:20)

The aim of the young scientist lunch is to gather students and young researchers and to provide them an opportunity to discuss and exchange ideas on science and careers. The event is organised by students, with the support of several recipients of the EHBEA young investigator award (Olivier Morin, Alexandra Alvergne, Thom Scott-Philipps, Willem Frankenhuis & Urszula Marcinkowska).

Organisation:
Students  will have the opportunity to ask questions on either general research topics, empirical results, methodological and conceptual bottlenecks they encounter during their work, or on careers in academia. EHBEA Young Investigators will be there to answer their questions and to give them advice. To keep the meeting informal, no power point should be prepared but flipcharts and markers will be available in the room.

Who can participate?
PhD and Master Degree students.

If you're interested, please send an email by March 20th to Lou Safra (
lou.safra@gmail.com) along with the topic or questions you'd like to discuss. This will help us organise things ahead of the meeting.
